I learned that filming a project will take a lot of work if you want it to be a good quality one. One thing i learned is that you need to do a lot of planning thinking through each shot you’re about to film. Also you need to plan ahead in terms of editing, in order to film the shot accordingly. When making the lower thirds you must make sure that the format of it will transfer to premier, that was a problem we had encountered. Also our group could have used a bit more general planning if we wanted our film to be cleaner. I learned a lot about adobe premier before this i had never used it, i learned about the time line and about all the transitions.

one idea would be to make a ferris bueller type movie and have a story of someone trying to skip school.

Watson

Watson is a computer built by IBM used for answering questions posed by a human voice. He recently appeared on jeopardy which, is what he was built for. He destroyed the competition due to its power 7 processor-based systems. He did not have access to the internet, but had access to 200 million pages of structured and unstructured content using up 4 terabytes of data. T he creators had many troubles, for Watson had, and still has a difficult time with human language. The languages of our world and human communication are far from simple. There are too many subtle changes in our speech and body language for the computer to pick up all of them, however what the team has accomplished so far is already quite impressive. As for future use of this program, I believe it could be seen in airports for security and schools for such things as lectures. Also it could be found in libraries or offices where after deciphering a voice command it could possibly find a document. That is what Watson is and what he may be used for in the future.
